Welcome to the SSRTool (RNA Secondary Structure prediction Ranking Tool) website. SSRTool is implemented to provide rankings for the given list of predicted structures of an RNA sequence based on functional interpretability. We provide three main functions in SSRTool: (1) Rank a list of predictions. (2) Perform the automatic structure prediction and ranking pipeline.
